Since purchasing my vehicle, I’ve experienced nothing but issues. It’s impossible to get a service appointment. The last time I had my car in for warranty work (it’s less than 3 years old btw) they kept it f issues. It’s impossible to get a service appointment. The last time I had my car in for warranty work (it’s less than 3 years old btw) they kept it for 5 days. I was told no loaners were available. I had to complain to sales, who then provided me with a temporary registration for a car on their lot. The whole reason we purchased through Raceway was due to the promise of customer satisfaction and loaner vehicles when work was needed. After picking it up this past time, I was blatantly asked to give them 5 stars on everything when I received an emailed survey from Kia. Now, only a month later, my car is currently not drivable and needs to be serviced yet again. I called to speak with Tyler (the sales manager who assisted me last month and said to contact him directly). He was unavailable and the customer service representative refused to put me on the phone with her manager and instead left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes. Long story short - PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!!! More
Was stranded on the side of 476 for almost 5 hours. When I got to Raceway Kia the only thing I needed was my spare put on. My wheel lock key broke. The first thing out of this guys mouth was I have no clue when we will get to this probably won’t be until tomorrow. 4 lugs already loosened and only needed the wheel lock lug taken off and my spare put on so I could make a repair appointment at my local spot. Didn’t care about how I was going to get home an hour away. None of the above. Emergencies happen I get that but this was a 5 minute job. Walked over to the garage. 3 mechanics laughing it up in a circle. There response you don’t know what there doing. Your customer service is horrible. I got my telluride towed there because it was 5 minutes up the road if this was going to be the case I would have towed it to my local spot. More
Just left the dealership. It was a return visit from 2 days ago. I was meet with a very unhappy and miserable employee named Bob. awful place. took 9 hours to fix the two simple recalls and oil change. they brought the car out with the check engine light still on. after all of this they neve took 9 hours to fix the two simple recalls and oil change. they brought the car out with the check engine light still on. after all of this they never even updated the oil change sticker. best of all I find a cigarette butt in the car from the dirty guy who was working on it. will never go back.
