I visited DCH Nissan in Freehold on Saturday, May 30th. I was expecting to browse, perhaps test drive an Altima, and leave. My experience quickly turned into a very positive buying experience. I went to Freehold DCH Nissan after having a bad experience at another local Nissan dealership. Being a young, female, first time car buyer I was hesitant to believe that buying a car could be so e experience at another local Nissan dealership. Being a young, female, first time car buyer I was hesitant to believe that buying a car could be so easy. Sonny at DCH treated me with respect, and was willing to answer every question I had. I went in looking for a good deal on a Nissan Altima. The staff went out of their way to bring the car to me and let me test drive it. They let me play around with all the features to make sure everything worked and let me take my time. The car was in my budget range and the negotiation of the price went smoothly. A general manager got involved and offered a lower price I couldn't refuse. Me and my husband were given plenty of pressure-free time alone to think through things and the staff was just great about the whole thing. The paperwork was done fast and even though the dealership was closed by the time we sealed the deal, the staff did not seem to mind. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I had been to a other Nissan dealers prior to this one and it was such a huge difference from going to an office full of salesmen writing down your information before you get to see a car...to my experience at DCH Freehold. I felt like I came out with a good deal. In no way did I feel tricked or decieved. My car did have a few scuffs on the rear bumper. The car was metallic blue which is a rare color paint to find for a Nissan and they threw it in for free. When I'm ready for my NEW Nissan I will be coming back here. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Internet Sales person was very professional/knowldegable and no nonsense. Was able to handle my request with ease. The Floor manager was very professional and excellend. This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. These guys were extremely professional and courteous. Car saleman Sal was great. He explained all the options and made sure that I got approved for the best possible interest rate and the best possible discounts (college graduation discount). The price of the car was excellent. Dean and Mark were awesome as well. This car buying experience was hassle free, without anybody trying to rip me off like they did in the Bay Ridge Nissan. I would definitly recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to all my friends. You simply can't beat the service that they provide. They even offered me hot chocolate!!! I love them and I love my new Nissan. My lease was coming up on my Nissan Murano. Decide to do my part and try to help the economy and at least look at the American made cars. While there were some deals the test drive did not compare to the Mu my part and try to help the economy and at least look at the American made cars. While there were some deals the test drive did not compare to the Murano. Went to Freehold Nissan and met with Eric. He listen to what I wanted and searched his inventory. Unfortunately the car with the options I wanted was not available but he kept on trying for days. After a few days he was able to not only provide me with a new car with all the options but a limited edition with extra features t a price I was looking for. The rest of the staff, including management, was very friendly and attentive. The speed of which it was all done when I was at Freehold Nissan was quick with no pressure and gimmicks. I certainly would recommend my family and friends and will definitely buy my next car at Freehold Nissan. More

He was courteous, friendly, knowledgable and took the time to help me decide what I truly wanted in a car. He was very professional and accommodating and I felt no pressure at all. IN fact, the whole atmosphere at this dealership was uplifting and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend DCH FREEHOLD NISSAN not only for their excellent cars but also for the service they provide. Travis was friendly and informative and helped me understand everything in my new MAXIMA. I have never been so excited about purchasing a car as now. Immediately after my purchase, I received an email fromn the manager thanking me for my purchase..a class ACT! I also received a call from Howie asking me how I liked my car and if I had any questions. These are the kind of people I want to deal with.
