My faith in Nissan has been restored I bought a used 2013 Altima from DCH in 2013. I had nothing but problems with the car (especially the brakes) which was surprising considering all the I bought a used 2013 Altima from DCH in 2013. I had nothing but problems with the car (especially the brakes) which was surprising considering all the great things I've heard about Altimas. I thought I would be stuck with the dud, but was willing to give Nissan a 2nd try if they could right their wrong. Today DCH actually did the right thing (which no company seems to do anymore) and admitted that I had been sold a dud. They took back the old car and gave me extremely fair pricing on a brand new 2015 Altima. To boot, they were very personable throughout the entire experience- answering all my questions and concerns along the way. Rob was my amazingly patient and attentive sales rep, Rick was a great sales manager, and Dave, the general manager, helped as well. All 3 made the deal happen and I can't thank & recommend them enough! More

Service worth Driving for I bought my car at this Nissan and then moved up north to Parsippany shortly after. I continue to make the hour drive to this Nissan dealer because of the service. They are always welcoming. It is probably the friendliest customer service staff I have ever seen at a dealership. I have owned several cars and always feel screwed over at the service desk. This Nissan has always made me felt the opposite. There is one guy Matt who has taken care of me with a loaner car or shuttle ride when I have had appointments at the same time as an oil change. They have reasonable prices on parts. Recently, and what brings me to writing this review is the Service manager Liz. With the inclement weather lately, I hydroplaned in the snow and hit a curb. For a little over a week my car was making a funny sound and drive funny. I took it in for an oil change and a few other things and they checked it out. The bearing had snapped and my car needed a major repair. When I heard the initial price, I was stunned at what service would cost but it seemed fair. I went over to Liz and asked her if she could work with me on a few things as things were a little tight. She agreed and my pricing came down to what I could afford for parts and labor. At this point I figured I had this cost and the cost of the oil change and wipers I purchased prior to the, examining my car. The service was quick, about 3 hours and they gave me a loaner car so I didn't sit there waiting all day. Some dealerships don't give you anything and make you wait in the waiting room all day. Oh and it was a busy Saturday too. When I got back to the dealership, my car was ready and I was stunned that my bill included my oil change, wiper blades not inserts, an air filter and the bearings I needed. All of that service was included at my negotiated price. On top of that, I snapped the sensors in the bearing and they had included that in the price. This was the first time I received real service from real people and I will continue to drive an hour and a half just to receive my car service from DCH. They truly Deliver Customer Happiness and I recommend them to everyone. I hope this review makes you think twice about where you have your car serviced, because it should be serviced by real people. The sales team is different, but the service team really matters. More

I was also in search of great customer service and price. I have found all three at Freehold Nissan with the wonderful assistance provided by Marc Gruben. From returning my old lease to picking out my new vehicle, Marc has been top notch through and through. In dealing with him, you will find that he is honest, patient, and very responsive to questions and concerns about the car or the lease. There is no pressure, no gimmicks. The process was a smooth one. We visited him on a late Friday night and he had to not only deal with me but my mom AND dad who are always with me when making a big decision. He was absolutely pleasant and friendly in dealing with my 'wheeling and dealing' dad and no nonsense mom. It was a breath of fresh air to have dealt with such a dedicated person. After the sale he had stayed in touch, making sure everything is going smoothly and open to any new questions I may have.
