Mark and Chris were real nice and good to work with, the best was, most recently I called my GAAP Insurance to cancel my policy and noticed that I paid double when I purchased my previous car at Prestige Lexus, DCH Nissan charged me half of the GAAP charge i paid when I purchased my previous car. This made me realize how dealers can truly take advantage of their customers, DCH I believe was very honest and I paid a fair and legitimate price for my GAAP Insurance, thank you! In summary, I had to write this review to let people know, I thought it was very commendable of DCH and I would definitely purchase another car from their line of dealerships. More

Great Experience I was very happy with both the dealership and the two people that I worked with. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Although I had originally gone in to look at a Maxima, I really wasn't overwhelmed by that car. Dave suggested an Altima that they had just gotten. When you buy a used car, since you can't choose all the options you want, you look for a car that has as many of the "non-negotiables" as possible. And this car did, including the V6 engine I wanted. I thought the price was reasonable and competitive with other similar models I had seen online. I had some credit problems as a result of my divorce, but Howie got me loan with a good rate and a monthly payment I could afford. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and I love the car! More

Marc quickly changed that day to a positive experience. I had told him what had happen at another dealership and he quickly put my concerns to rest. He never heard dealership acting with such disregard and disrespect. I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Altima with Marc Gruben. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, patient, and worked tirelessly to make sure I understood every step of the way. He has already called several times after my purchase to check up on me and make sure everything was going okay with my car. I had some questions and he answered all of them very thoroughly. Marc documented all my issues about the car so when I came for my first oil change he was there, at service, to help me to express all my concerns about the car. However, the customer service from the managers did make sure that I left satisfied with my purchase.
