From start to finish it just seemed sketchy and unprofessional. Had a 10:30am appt. waited on the yellow curb and was greeted by a service advisor then another one, Sam, comes rushing out and shout unprofessional. Had a 10:30am appt. waited on the yellow curb and was greeted by a service advisor then another one, Sam, comes rushing out and shouts, “I got this one”. It seemed to also cause confusion with the other advisor but he went along with it. The service advisor, Sam, didn’t even greet me or ask if I had an appt (which I did) he first says, “It will be a while we are backed up”. I asked to be called when my car was done and didn’t get a call until after 5pm and I only brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car has only 11,300 miles on it. So it either took 6 hours to get to my car or Sam just forgot to call me. When I was checking out I was not given my multipoint inspection report and had to request it. I’ve had Nissans for the past 20 years and have never had such terrible service. I will not be coming back to this Nissan for service or purchase nor will I recommend anyone. More

I called to get an appointment for a recall on my vehicle, I had no problem set it up for Thursday 2/18/21. Arrived on time at dealers ship and they my car in and got it within a couple of hours. Marcos has helped service my car multiple times. He is always helpful, but this last time he went above and beyond. My car needed a lot of repairs and Marcos took the time to sit down and walk me through always helpful, but this last time he went above and beyond. I received good service and a good deal on the vehicle I purchased, however I was charged for a protective coating they said was on the car. I had to bring the vehicle back to have water spots from rain buf purchased, however I was charged for a protective coating they said was on the car. I had to bring the vehicle back to have water spots from rain buffed off the car 2 weeks after purchase. The car seemed like it was stripped with no wax not protected. I have never had a new vehicle get water spots from rain that would not come off when washed. More
