To be honest, I have never seen such a bad service, it's too bad. Because of the pandemic, in order to save everyone's time, I did not spend time bargaining. The salesman said that he would solve these problems first, and then sell the car to me, but he did not solve the problem. I drove on the freeway for more than an hour until I got home and the lights were still on. The left front door is difficult to close completely. I have to close the door repeatedly. Then it will open suddenly and I will close the door again, i was keep closing the door as I was driving on the freeway! The next day, I called the salesperson and he said he forgot to fix it. If I want to repair it, I have to drive the car back to the riverside dealer. However, the door cannot be closed and it is dangerous to drive. I hope he can help provide a nearby dealer. He said that he could not help me and hung up my phone. i was so regret that I bought new car from nissan at that moment. They don't care the customer need anymore after they sell the car to the customer. i was very disappointed. Then,I searched a dealer close to me, so I went to the tustin dealer, but the staff there was unwilling to accept my car. they thought I bought the car from another dealer. They should fix it. I asked him to repair it again and again, but he reluctantly agreed. I went to pick up the car the next day. Finding that the light is still on, the staff said: "This is the job of the body shop, not our job. This problem is the product itself. I will give you a phone number. You can directly contact Nissan. Our job is done." , He went into the office after speaking. I called nissan directly, it was supposed to be a customer service call. They had a very good attitude. After listening to my complaint, they replied to me the next afternoon and said to take the car to the tustin dealer for repair, and I drove the car there. On the fourth day, I went to pick up the car and found that the car was very dirty inside. there was no plastic to protect the seat. There were dirty footprints under the front seat, a lot of dust, even there's a big footprint on the back seat, and very dirty on the back seat too. I'm really angry. I thought Nissan is a very big company, but this experience disappointed me with Nissan's service. it's shocked me and all my friends around me. It's really bad!
