Sam was the most unprofessional service advisor I have ever encountered. He made my partner & I feel so uncomfortable to even ask questions. I have been coming here for a long time now, but I’m not coming back again. First, at check in, there was no paperwork. Once my car was ready, no service adviser told me my car was ready. I waited an extra coming back again. First, at check in, there was no paperwork. Once my car was ready, no service adviser told me my car was ready. I waited an extra 20 minutes for no reason. I only knew my car was ready because I saw it. When I went to look for my service advisor, I was not able to find him. I asked another service advisor about my car and he was very rude. When I finally closed out my paperwork, I went to start my car but it wouldn’t start. I was already frustrated with the service, I called AAA to help me out. It turns out that my battery was low. That means you guys didn’t even perform the inspection even though the paperwork says you did. Worst experience here ever. More
