On December 29th I took my car in with an appointment at 8:30am to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They did the oil change, but did not do the tire rotation despite me asking for one. They led me to believe that the tire rotation was completed. When I brought it up to Marco Estrada’s attention he had the car taken back to the technician. I paid for this service with my maintenance plan, but I feel that I was ripped off because the job didn’t get done. Because of their carelessness I was there from 8am - 11:30am. More

Just moved to the area and looking for a new dealer for my service needs. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:30am I was told it would take a few hours by 4:30pm when I still had my service needs. I was disappointed with my purchase because my dealer didn’t give me the second key to my new vehicle because it was the end of the night. I was also misinformed about my make and model because she told me that the Nissan Kicks S 2020 came with apple/android car play when it turns out that it doesn’t. Had I known that I would’ve went up to the next model. She wasn’t aggressive which I appreciated but I didn’t feel like I was getting the experience that I was anticipating as a first time buyer. More
