When other places had 3 weeks waiting list, Raceway gave me next day appointment for oil change. I was in and out in an hour. Definitely will be back. Oil change took way too long to complete when I was the first one there. 1.5 hours after the promised time and continually asking where my car was before it was complete. Ambrose and Marcos had to assist m first one there. 1.5 hours after the promised time and continually asking where my car was before it was complete. Ambrose and Marcos had to assist me as all I kept getting from my service advisor was it is in the wash for over 30 minutes. Other issues were also noticed and emailed to Steve Castaneda and the owner. It has been two days and no response from that email. I would like to know those issues were addressed before needing to submit those issues to the state. More

We were surprised that we were allowed to roam parking lot of cars without a sale man bothering us.
