My experience this visit was very poor. I took my Versa Note in to have my defrost knob checked as it was stuck in one position. My diagnose was I needed a heater box as it was not in gaging for $2238.00. Note in to have my defrost knob checked as it was stuck in one position. My diagnose was I needed a heater box as it was not in gaging for $2238.00. I refused and paid diagnostic fee of $136. I then left started playing with knob where it could be turned to defrost and has worked fine since. So there for I paid diagnostic fee for incorrect dianostic and luckly refused fixing heater box or I would of spend money needlessly. I drove 45 miles to this Nissan as I felt they would do a good job. I will never go back to this dealer as i feel they were just trying to get my money. Thank god i did not approve work. Poor poor service.!! More
