The Jeep technicians diagnosed the problem (my TIPM). However, they said that they could not get the part for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport and didn't know how long it might be whether 1 or 6 months. No However, they said that they could not get the part for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport and didn't know how long it might be whether 1 or 6 months. Now their fault. It's Jeep's fault for not stocking a part that frequently goes out. Instead I got a refurbished one in about 6 days and plugged it in. Seems to be working. If Jeep cannot get new ones then they should get refurbished ones with less of a warranty. By the way, my refurbished one comes with a lifetime warranty. More
DON'T BRING OR GET A VEHICLE FROM THEM. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK BOTH BATTERIES. I ASKED FOR THAT THEY SAID FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES.THEY CALLED TO TELL ME MY TRUCK WAS READY. HE SAYS OH I DIDN'T CHECK THEM THAT WASN'T ON THE TICKET. I FLIP OUT AFTER THEY HAD MY TRUCK ALL DAY, THE PISSY SERVICE MANAGER DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD BE PISSED OFF ABOUT BEING LIED TO ABOUT WORK NOT BEING DONE WHEN THEY SAID WELL THEY DID BUT THE TECHNICIAN SAID NO THAT'S NOT WHAT HE CHECKED. Brought truck in for a recall that they may have fixed. I can't tell because they did not reset the computer (still pops warnings up about the ABS braking). They told me it was ready and I was dropped off I can't tell because they did not reset the computer (still pops warnings up about the ABS braking). They told me it was ready and I was dropped off at the dealership. They then told me that the running boards no longer work and that they should reset in a few days. They did not. After 4 days I called the service dept to schedule the repair of the running boards (that they broke) and requested a loaner vehicle. They said they do not provide loaners, and I will need to rent a truck. So now I have to deliver my truck to them and get someone to take me to the rental place. Then drop off the rental, get a ride back to Rainbow Chrysler to get my truck. Hopefully it gets repaired, and they do not break anything else! Definitely not the way to treat a customer. I certainly did not expect Dodge RAM to allow this poor of representation of their brand. DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH RAINBOW CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT!!!!! More
