We went in looking for a specific truck, met with a salesgirl and one of the managers, they did not have the vehicle in their inventory but they found us a vehicle at another location. Three weeks passed and we had not heard from them, so we contacted them, they said they had gotten one in. We went to see the vehicle, on a Monday, seen the salesgirl and a different manager. When the manager, Connor, was walking us to the vehicle and was talking to us about it, we realized that it was not the vehicle we wanted. We then told Connor this and he apologized for the error and said he would not waste anymore of our time, because it was getting late, but that he would do what he could to find us the vehicle we wanted. Within two days we got a call saying he had found a vehicle. We were not able to get there until Friday. He got all the information he needed from us to get the paperwork going so that if we liked the vehicle the process would already be started. When we got to the dealership the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Connor went above and beyond for us. More
