Rainbow is always very receptive to my questions and concerns, and is usually able to get me in to see to them within 1-2 days. I am more confident bringing my Jeep to Rainbow than other area dealershi concerns, and is usually able to get me in to see to them within 1-2 days. Attention to detail is lacking, when I received my new vehicle it was dirty and covered in grease pencil marks. This was an even after I asked if they were going to clean it and remove them. I purchased a vehicle it was dirty and covered in grease pencil marks. This was an even after I asked if they were going to clean it and remove them. I purchased a truck and asked if they offered a shuttle for me to come back and get it the next day, when I called for the shuttle the salesman was on his day off and told me to call the dealership. So I did, the salesperson that answered the phone told me I had to speak with a manager and he was in a meeting and would call me back. After a few hours I called back and was told they were going to bring it to me but had to wait for the shuttle driver to return. After a few more hours I had to call again and ask if they were bringing it or coming to get me as I did not care either way but had been waiting at home all day and had other things to do. More
