I am dissatisfied with my experience at Chrysler Rainbow, I have recently made my second purchase of a Jeep vehicle, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues during the review process with my salesman. T I have recently made my second purchase of a Jeep vehicle, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues during the review process with my salesman. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Additionally, upon completing the purchase, I discovered that various junk fees had been included in the final cost of the vehicle. I have since been informed that these fees were unnecessary and that I was taken advantage of. Please find below a comprehensive list of the junk fees that were added to my buyer's order: - Environmental Protection: $999.00 - Auto Guard: $495.00 - Convenience Fee: $23.00 - Doc Fee: $425.00 - Notary Fee: $25.00 - Handling Fee: $8.00 - Temporary Tag: $4.00 - Title Fee: $68.50 - Tire Fee: $11.25 - License Fee: $90.00 I kindly request a thorough review of this matter and a refund for all of these unnecessary fees. Own a 2008 Ram 1500 with a lifetime powertrain warranty. When Irecently brought it in for warranty work, I was told that they don't work on vehicles that old, and turned me away.
