Purchasing a vehicle at Rainbow was a more plesurable buying experience than expected. There was no high pressure selling which would not work for me. My first experience here, scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The first person I saw was a young man, very pleasant and helpful, walked me to the service dept., I was quite impressed and expecting tire rotation. The younger woman taking care of me was very pleasant, professional and personable. Unfortunately I think she was not very experienced in the entire process of streamlining the work flow. The technician determined my truck need a couple filter changes which I agreed to after being verbally quoted the cost. I waited a while longer then checked on the status, the necessary computer entries had not been made for that work to be done. There was also another woman at the desk, she did not seem very interested in helping out and exuded a brusque attitude and little interest in providing any customer service. The price quoted me was different than my bill. Another woman did come and made the appropriate adjustment. I did not receive a checklist of the status of the items reviewed with the oil change, something I am accustomed to getting with even the most budget friendly oil change. When I asked about it I was told she could not print me a copy but she would text and email it. The link to that communication expired before I even reached my vehicle. I returned to explain and suddenly she was able to print the document I had been requesting and told could not have printed for me (the system didn’t allow it). It took three hours for my scheduled oil change, although the girl handling me may not have been as experienced as some others, she far exceeded the other two women I encountered in her professionalism and customer service. She seemed to be the only person who left the desk and did seem to be really trying. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future needs, I did not sense customer service was much of a priority. More
