Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC - Service Center

Brought truck in for a recall that they may have fixed. I can't tell because they did not reset the computer (still pops warnings up about the ABS braking). They told me it was ready and I was dropped off I can't tell because they did not reset the computer (still pops warnings up about the ABS braking). They told me it was ready and I was dropped off at the dealership. They then told me that the running boards no longer work and that they should reset in a few days. They did not. After 4 days I called the service dept to schedule the repair of the running boards (that they broke) and requested a loaner vehicle. They said they do not provide loaners, and I will need to rent a truck. So now I have to deliver my truck to them and get someone to take me to the rental place. Then drop off the rental, get a ride back to Rainbow Chrysler to get my truck. Hopefully it gets repaired, and they do not break anything else! Definitely not the way to treat a customer. I certainly did not expect Dodge RAM to allow this poor of representation of their brand. DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH RAINBOW CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT!!!!! More

The service dept had my grand cherokee twice for over a week each time in the last month. They claimed to fix the engine light issue, but both times the engine light came back on before I even got the vehi week each time in the last month. They claimed to fix the engine light issue, but both times the engine light came back on before I even got the vehicle home from the shop. I brought it to Ross Downing in Hammond this week and they diagnosed the issue the day it was dropped off and had the car back to me and fixed within 4 days. It was a fuel pump that needed to be replaced, the exact issue I told Rainbow they needed to check and they assured me the fuel pump was fine and they could not trigger the engine light to come on. Huge waste of my time. More

I will never use this dealership again. They kept my vehicle for over a week to change one part that had nothing to do with the problem. I had to bring it back the next day for the same sym They kept my vehicle for over a week to change one part that had nothing to do with the problem. I had to bring it back the next day for the same symptoms. They misdiagnosed the problem again and were going to order another part that was once again not in stock. The service advisor was going to have the service manager call me the next day. I never heard from the service manager and have not been contacted by the dealership to arrange for the second attempted repair. I brought the vehicle to another dealer ship and they diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than two days More
