Unfortunately I have had to bring my vehicle into Rainbow five times over the past five months due to some mistakes made by the service team. I went to get a recall down. My truck latched worked before now it’s stuck and difficult to open. The I connect box says it needs to be updated again after leaving. They called Wednesday an hour before closing saying their machine could not do my update and they needed to keep my vehicle another day without offering a loaner. More
