I’ve had very few positive experiences here, some people are super nice and helpful but the bulk are rude and not helpful. That being said, the bigger problem seems to be Stellantis. They are overpriced and honestly can’t diagnosis anything well.. it’s sad they are the only choice on the north shore.. I had to just order the parts myself (after correctly diagnosing ) their $2500 fix well.. it’s sad they are the only choice on the north shore..
