They have not resolved any of our issues with the car. Shaking vigorously and made us purchase $1400 for 4 new tires and the issue is still not fixed. Multiple issues, never a resolution, always walking away unhappy with service provided. Lack confidence in their service people. We will definitely shop elsewhere for our next vehicle purchase. More

I had to call daily for information. The information I received was not detailed. I asked for a loaner and one was provided the las two day while my vehicle was there for almost 21 days. The thermostat and a seal was the original diagnosis and they were awaiting for the parts. I called and talk with a different service rep and they told me the notes added a water pump replacement. I had a check engine light come on in a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel X with only 3200 miles on it. I took a day off from work to bring the vehicle in and have it serviced on 5/16. After about an hour of waiting a Rebel X with only 3200 miles on it. I took a day off from work to bring the vehicle in and have it serviced on 5/16. After about an hour of waiting at the dealership I was informed that the light was reset and that it "should not" come back on and if it did to "just bring it back". Otherwise I was told that the wiring connections were inspected and nothing was obviously wrong. Three days later the light came back on so I returned to Rainbow at the earliest time I could, on 5/26. When I arrived for my scheduled time I was told the mechanic would look at it in a few hours when he could. What is the point of setting up a time if there's nobody that can work on the vehicle at that time? At this point I was now on my 3rd iteration of the check engine line and under 3500 miles still. Twice it had reset itself and once it had been reset by the service department in the previous visit. Late in the day on 5/26 I was told that I needed a new fuel pump and tubing, that the parts would be ordered, and would take 3-5 days to receive. I was advised that I should come retrieve my truck. While doing so, I asked to make the appointment for service for late that week when the parts were in, but was told that I couldn't make an appointment until the parts were in, and that somebody would call me when they arrived. Eight days later, not having heard anything from the service department, I called to get an update. The first three attempts to call were disconnected before I was able to speak with somebody. Once I called the sales side of the building and asked to be directed to my service adviser I was finally able to speak with him. He put me on hold to check with the parts department and returned to say they were in stock, despite nobody notifying me like I had been told. He then asked when I wanted to schedule an appointment for. I requested 6/6 as my only personal availability during the week, since I was informed that the repairs cannot happen on a Saturday despite the service department being open. I was placed on hold again while he attempted to call the technician, but when he returned said the technician wasn't available and he'd need to speak to them before he could schedule me. The service advisor said he would call me back once he connected with the technician, but 20 hours later I still haven't heard anything. It is frustrating enough to have a check engine light come on in a brand new $74K vehicle. I bought a new truck so that it would be reliable, not so that I could make multiple trips to the dealership to have it fixed and to drive around with a check engine light on before my first oil change. It is a large enough disruption to have to move work and travel (for work) schedules around for multiple appointments, but more so when I I can't get answers from the dealership or book appointments. If it was not a warranty issue I certainly would not use or recommend the service department at Rainbow. More

I purchased the truck on 5-11-25 it broke down on 5-22-25 yall have had it since with no commination. I call yesterday 6-3-25 to check on it and was told waiting on a part and that they didn't have a deliver yall have had it since with no commination. David was fantastic. I pulled up and in less than 30 seconds I was professionally greeted. Within 5 minutes he had my truck looked at and a proposed solution in place.
