Overall terrible experience. Never was called directly with an update, I had to call and wait to speak to someone every time. On week six I called on Monday morning and Ariel tol Never was called directly with an update, I had to call and wait to speak to someone every time. On week six I called on Monday morning and Ariel told me the car would be done by Thursday or Friday that week. I called Thursday of that week and she said it would be done Friday by the end of the day and when we came Friday to pick up the car they handed me someone else keys and paperwork. When I stated this wasn't my car, Ariel then went in the back to talk with the mechanic, turns out that my car was still being worked on and they had ordered another part and it wouldn't be in till probably Monday of the next week. When I called on Tuesday seeing where they were with my car , staff got upset with me for crying on phone because I thought my car was gonna be ready last week or that week at the latest...they had manager call me back to explain where they were with my car. It took another week and half before they were done. When I picked up my car and cranked it the battery sounded weak so I got one of the staff to check my battery and the device said that the battery was bad... I had to immediately go buy a new battery after I left. They did not fix my car's trunk release either and they lost one of my weather tech floor mats for the driver side...the day after I got home the check engine light came on again. I dont know what to do More
