Basically brought the truck in because the check engine light was on. Got there at 9am for a 9:20am appointment. At 1pm I asked was there any updates. A tech was in the office was told, 'im about to pull i light was on. Got there at 9am for a 9:20am appointment. At 1pm I asked was there any updates. A tech was in the office was told, 'im about to pull it in the shop, if the light is active we will do research' 'if the light isn't active ill cut it off, you can come back if it comes back on' Then was told unsure if they will have it done so I could get child from school at 3. My husband had to leave work, to come get us. Once he got there the truck was 'finished' basically was told we cut the light off if the light comes back on come back. Drove home the next day the check engine light back on. So now I have to take another day off of work, align a baby sitter AGAIN. Figure out a way to and from work if the truck has to stay. When this should have been handled on the visit. More
