The service department is a joke. I was told to bring my truck in at 9am for them to check it out and by 2:45 I had to call to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to look I was told to bring my truck in at 9am for them to check it out and by 2:45 I had to call to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to look yet and that they would call me back by 4:00 as that was my only ride home from work. I had to call them at 4:45 due to no return call and was told they still hadn’t looked at my truck. But they did offer to look at it the next day after lunch. It was completely a waste of my time. I brought my truck to another shop the next day and received a phone call 2 hours later with a diagnosis of my truck. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by the service department. More

Considering it was now my 3rd visit in fewer than 90 days of the calendar year, I thought more would be done for customer loyalty than a picayune discount on a tune-up costing over $600.
