Rainbow GMC gave me the best price from several dealerships in the New Orleans, Slidell and Baton Rouge, I drove all the way to Covington to pickup my new vehicle,. Upon arrival my new Terrain was waiting parked right in front of the dealership, all the paperwork was already processed and the salesman took me directly to the financing department to go over the lease and sign all the documents. I literally spend about an hour to get all done and drive back home in a new vehicle. I highly recommend them. More

Everyone at the dealership that I have dealt with or spoken to on the phone has always been very professional and very helpful in anything asked or requested.My complaint is with invoicing,for instance spoken to on the phone has always been very professional and very helpful in anything asked or requested.My complaint is with invoicing,for instance the service department tells you about an oil leak or another repair that is needed then on the receipt they say you told them about the problem ,when they are the ones that made you aware of the problem, also on one invoice when I had the oil changed they listed other repairs needed and did not speak to me about them and then on the receipt said I declined the repairs to be done.
