My wife and I have been leasing several cars for years and bought a car from this dealership. My last acquisition was a gmc terrain 2024 and since I got it, at the beginning of this year, it has presentin and bought a car from this dealership. My last acquisition was a gmc terrain 2024 and since I got it, at the beginning of this year, it has presenting some issue with the display. Not only not connecting to my phone, or getting freeze while using the map, and even cannot control the volume of the radio. We reported this issue soon as we acquired this car and they said it was a pending update, but the issue hasn't been fixed yet. They said, they are aware of the issue from other clients and they had replaced the unit and still The issue has not been fixed. Well, the last time the car was not turning off at all, even with the car off. I sent an email to the manager in services, all the way to the ceo of the company, to please changed the unit. I have not getting any knowledge or response. It is sad that they treat you differently during the process of acquiring a vehicle but you don't get any answers or solutions when the car you acquire starts presenting issues and are under warranty. More
