The work was done timely however when they called to tell me it was done they didn't leave me a voice mail. I saw I had a missed call and had to call back to find out what they needed. When I went to pick up my truck the service manager said, "it's out back somewhere" and I had to go find it myself. It was parked almost at the very back so I had to walk around clicking my remote to find it. Not the best customer service but that service manager has been that way to me before. Doesn't care one bit about the person. I take it there because it's closer than Hammond. There are certainly ways for them to improve their customer experience. More
