Scheduled service I only had to wait 5 - 10 minutes to check in for my appointment due to there only being 1 service technician available and two people ahead of me. O I only had to wait 5 - 10 minutes to check in for my appointment due to there only being 1 service technician available and two people ahead of me. Once I checked in I was told it would be 45 minutes, but actually only took about 20 minutes. The technician told me they had an extra mechanic available so they put two of them on my car and got me out much quicker than I ever expected. Great use of available resources. Very happy. Please keep up the good work. More

Disorganized uninformed service center Called ahead brought my truck in for an Oil change tire rotation and a noice that was happening when I put it in reverse and vibration when it hit 65 Called ahead brought my truck in for an Oil change tire rotation and a noice that was happening when I put it in reverse and vibration when it hit 65-70 mph. Got to the service center to drop it off and no one was aware I was coming let along the I was to be getting a loaned vehicle. Then I was told they found nothing wrong with my car so I could pick it up only to get a call to say yup found it has a recall need to take care of that then I was told on Friday 2 days after I dropped it off that it still would not be ready for me to pick up but I had to drop off the loaner and so I drop off the loaner only to find out my truck is ready to get picked up?! Bunch of clueless people working there and they had zero regard for my time More
