Sitting here in the service department getting the last oil change or service of any kind done here. I asked if I needed a fuel filter this time around as I need one every other time o get my oil done. He oil change or service of any kind done here. I asked if I needed a fuel filter this time around as I need one every other time o get my oil done. He said yes and stated it would be $300 dollars. I said that is ridiculous and to forget it. His reply was I don’t make the prices. The last time I was in, the price was around $130-150 which was still high for a $50 filter. He called the parts department and lowered the price to $220. I still declined as I can replace myself for far less. It’s hard enough in this economy without a dealership that I have been going to for years price gauging its customers. Shame on you Rairdns’s. This is the last time I will bring my car to you. More

I like this dealer ship but they said I only had 3 oil changes left when I payed for the unlimited service. I hope they can correct this issue because I have done a lot of business with them and this was changes left when I payed for the unlimited service. As a long time mopar owner- we have worked with rairdon’s for years now, and their customer service gets worse each time. It is to the point where we will be taking our five cars to a different dealership. T for years now, and their customer service gets worse each time. It is to the point where we will be taking our five cars to a different dealership. They do not respect their young customers nor their requests. When asked if I wanted a specific service, I denied it multiple times… only for them to go and do it. When confronted about the unrequested tire rotation, they had no answer for their incompetent mistake. They up charge an insane amount on an oil change that should be no more than $100. The service department is awful to work with, does not listen, nor contacts you when your car is ready. More

25 years valued customer satisfaction untill recently. Disappointed to wait over 4wks car repair due to Strike. Handed keys and was told to go find my own car that was nowhere to be found.
