I bought my car from here and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. They are local so I gave them a chance. They talked the talk and walked the walk and I fell for it. I'm not going to go into all the problems I encountered but, suffice to say that after giving them numerous chances to redeem themselves, I have had enough. Today was the last straw...I took my car in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. Service department was great. but, what I noticed while I was there, was that the dealership itself was really dirty. Dust caked (not even kidding...look at the chrome chrysler sign - Gross) all over everything and when I walked out onto the lot no one seemed interested in even acknowledging me. I didn't give it a second thought, as I've had quite a few problems with them previously and it just seemed par for the course until, I was chosen for a phone survey. I told the person I talked to what I observed and left it at that. Didn't think anything would come of it but, today I received a follow up call from someone at the dealership and, when I told him what I observed, he seemed to get very defensive and kept trying to justify what I had described to him. His lack of interest in what I had to say only irratated me... then, to add insult to injury, he closed the conversation by saying it sounds like you don't like our dealership and, I was just going to offer you a free oil change. At this point I was very upset and told him I didn't need his "free oil change" and, proceeded to hang up. There are far too many dealerships out there who are more than happy to perform my car maintenance and take my money and, in this economy you would think they would be appreciative for the business.
