Damascus was my service rep and was outstanding. He had to deal with a nonJeep warranty purchased from my credit union and negotiated the required “check-boxes” quickly and thoroughly. I was on vacation (a very long one) from Ohio and needed my oil changed. I came in and talked to Jen a service advisor there and she took care of it without an appointment!
