Communication is very poor. They act like people buy cars everyday and know everything about the vehicle. Had post purchase work that had to be done on the vehicle. Oil change and warranty inspection. Was not happy with the “courtesy/loaner” car and that it wasn’t explained up front that it costs money which makes it a rental…….
