My second visit to Rairdon's was to purchase a new key fob for our Chrysler Pacifica and have it programmed. Upon calling to check on availability, I spoke with Joye, then was directed to Garrett, who co fob for our Chrysler Pacifica and have it programmed. Upon calling to check on availability, I spoke with Joye, then was directed to Garrett, who confirmed availability, then transferred to Dylan in the service department, who gave us a price estimate and other important information. We got a same-day appointment for the service and got it done at at a bit below the quoted price and also within the time quoted as needed to perform the service. Dylan was great to work with from start to finish! So far, I have been very pleased with this dealership's service department. Thank you, Rairdon's! More

I am providing a two-star review primarily because my experience with the sales team was positive and met all of my expectations. Unfortunately, my interactions with the finance and administrative team h experience with the sales team was positive and met all of my expectations. Unfortunately, my interactions with the finance and administrative team have been highly unsatisfactory. Over the past four days, I have emailed the two finance representatives three times regarding the following issues, but I have not yet received any response: While I am pleased with the truck itself, the administrative and paperwork process has been problematic from the outset. Although this was a remote transaction and I submitted all required documentation while clearly communicating my preferences, several issues arose. 1. Financing Process: From the beginning, I informed the team that I wished to use my own pre-approved bank and provided the necessary details. Despite this, my credit was run and my application was submitted to multiple lenders, which I had specifically wanted to avoid. 2. Vehicle Registration: I repeatedly asked about the registration process, as the truck is being registered in Oregon. I was initially assured that the dealership would handle it. However, after I followed up due to lack of communication, I was informed that I would be responsible for completing the registration myself. 3. Title and Registration Fees: I was charged $1,152 for titles and registration at the time of purchase, with the understanding that this amount would be refunded once the truck was registered. I subsequently received a check for $927 and was told I would need to handle the registration. I have requested confirmation and receipt of the remaining $225 owed to me on multiple occasions, but have received no response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through on these matters. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response to resolve the outstanding balance and clarify the registration process. More
