And buying a used car is not always the easiest task. On 9-6-15 i went to Rairdon Dodge to look at a 2005 Denali that i had seen on there site for a while. The price had gone down a bit more into my budget. i had the same mentality i always do when going to a dealer....being prepared for the same old skit...doing anything they can to get you to sign and buy.... for the first time ever i didnt have that experience with a dealer..John came out and was friendly from the get go. i told him what i wanted to see, he got the keys and i went for a drive. after coming back Manny the sales manager gave me a rough estimate of what i could expect for payments. i was approved for the car with my money down and they even helped me pick out a warranty package to help ease me. i was never pressured with typical tactics. they were more than patient with me.....as i took a while to really think everything over. i dont know how much better things could have gone. but i want to say thank you again both John and Manny. and i cant remember his name.....but there finance guy was able to get me a lower rate at the end....as a first time car buyer i was very happy. More

Stranded - needed new car Friday 6/26 while driving to work my *OLD car cut out on me. I limped home, drove my daughter to work and drove straight to Rairdon's - pulled into the used car lot at 11:00am - Mark met me in the parking lot - I asked to see and drive the 2014 Dodge Dart he had on the lot.... After the test drive I was pretty sure that was the car I wanted, but just to be sure he did show me the other car I had asked to see. As soon as I opened the door I knew the 1st car was what I wanted..... we went inside and I drove off the lot at 2 pm.... that's record time to me.. Lois F. More
