Very unethical sales managers at this location, Russ & Scott. I was purchasing a truck over the phone and in the middle of leaving a deposit and booking a flight for the next day somebody took the truck o Scott. I was purchasing a truck over the phone and in the middle of leaving a deposit and booking a flight for the next day somebody took the truck out for a test drive. I was told to now wait and if those people decided not to buy it then the truck would be mine. Because I was doing this over the phone and not in person they allowed these people to cut in front of me and then buy the truck. I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to decide if they wanted to buy the truck or not, and they did. This situation could have been resolved, the sales managers knew what was going on but figured selling to somebody in front of them was better than risking a sale of the phone. Very shady people. Greg, who I assume is the owner, wouldn't even call me after going back and forth through email, he told me his general manager spoke with me and gave a good explanation. That is not true, the only people I spoke with were the two sales managers. I attached a screenshot of Russ telling the salesperson "I assigned it to you so no worries" I guess if Russ is going to lie and be unethical he should do it verbally so there is no trace. Worth mentioning the sales person was very helpful and seemed honest, he was the reason I was buying a truck over the phone and flying across the country to pick it up the next day. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE MY OPINION IS THE SALES MANAGERS ARE UNETHICAL, good to avoid this place. More
They sold us a truck that had problems the second we drove it off the lot. Its been in the shop several times now and its only been 2 months. ( even when we changed our minds again and again, it's hard to decide when it's your first band new car) It took us 2 days to make a final decision and not once did we feel like they just wanted us to be done. It was a such a great experience we came back the next week and bought another car. We worked with John Knudson and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you all for all you did for us! More

Professional Team! I went to the dealership to have a recall fixed on my Jeep eco-diesel that I purchased there 2 years ago, I ended up walking out with a brand new Jeep I went to the dealership to have a recall fixed on my Jeep eco-diesel that I purchased there 2 years ago, I ended up walking out with a brand new Jeep Cherokee 2 hours later. While I was waiting for my repair, I wandered over to the sales desk to see what they would give me for a trade in value. The sales guy, Greg Lynn, was so kind and patient. I didn't seem overly excited to buy a car, but he still spent the time to show me several different models and encouraged me to give them a drive. Because of his patient approach, and his willingness to do what he could to make the numbers work in my favor, I walked out with a brand new Jeep. I dreaded going to finance, but the finance guy, Ricky Moe, was so awesome! I told him I didn't want all the extra warranties, and while he was super patient and respectful, still showed me one for my paint protection that I actually found helpful, so I ended up getting it. Overall, the whole team was friendly and nice. It made buying a car totally painless. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Next time, it's my husbands turn for the truck of his dreams. More
