I had a great experience working with Ava when scheduling my oil change. She was very kind, helpful, and informative about what was going on with my car. I also really appreciated that she let me know about my oil change. She was very kind, helpful, and informative about what was going on with my car. I also really appreciated that she let me know about available discounts without me even asking. It felt very natural, thoughtful, and not salesy at all. Overall, Ava made the process easy and comfortable, and I would definitely give her 5/5 stars! More
Ava checked us in for servicing our Honda. She was very helpful in explaining items being done and the cost involved. She was spot on in letting us know when the car was ready for pick up. Had a appalling buying experience with the one of the unprofessional sales women(I think her name as Chloe) who behaved like she was doing me a favor by selling me the car. Every question was met with at unprofessional sales women(I think her name as Chloe) who behaved like she was doing me a favor by selling me the car. Every question was met with attitude, and instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I had to justify why I deserved to buy the vehicle. As a brown customer, I left questioning whether I was treated unfairly because of my color. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, not one where you leave feeling disrespected. I visited to purchase the Honda CR-V all the way from Seattle as I genuinely liked the last visit and on testdrove - felt in awe with the car color(canyon blue). Was prepping to buy at the listed price.Unfortunately, this lady ruined the experience. The disappointing part is that they lost a customer who was ready to buy simply because of the way I was treated—not because of the car or the price. I genuinely hope she works on her customer service skills, otherwise her unprofessionalism would continue to cost the dealership sales. More
