Wendy is wonderful, very kind, and knowledgeable; she was very good at finding me ways to save on the high cost of the service that my car required. There was a glitch, however, and after I waited 2.5 hours (I made an appointment to drop my car off at 12 pm on 9/8), the service technician informed me that I would need to get a loaner car because the part I needed they didn't have, and it had to be ordered. He said that he would let me know when I could pick it up the next day. It was about 4:30 pm on 9/9 before I was notified that I could pick it up. It was just a little nerve-racking. Communication could have been better! More
