Two hours later I was presented with a report of something they found on the vehicle that was unknown to me. If they had just done the recall I would never had known of this problem. They are very thorough. More

Our experience at the dealership was definitely a mix of highs and lows. We first stopped by on a Sunday evening to test drive two vehicles around the parking lot. Christian was the salesperson who assis highs and lows. We first stopped by on a Sunday evening to test drive two vehicles around the parking lot. Christian was the salesperson who assisted us. Unfortunately, he wasn't very engaging and didn't seem particularly interested in helping us find the right vehicle. I understand it was Sunday evening and he was probably ready for the day to be over, but first impressions matter. During our test drive, he spent much of the time in the back seat on his phone. Whether it was for business or personal reasons, it gave the impression that he wasn't fully engaged. At one point I even commented that I loved the vehicle and said, "Christian, you need to start selling this car!" After discussing our options over the next day, we secured financing through our credit union and texted Christian on Tuesday to let him know we were ready to move forward with a specific vehicle. We scheduled another test drive for Wednesday so we could take it on the highway. When we arrived for our appointment, Christian was already working with another customer. While I understand that can happen, our appointment didn't seem to have been prioritized. He said he would locate the keys and have someone else assist us, but the entire key process was disorganized. Unfortunately, by the time everything was sorted out, we learned that the exact vehicle we wanted had been sold earlier that afternoon. I was extremely disappointed because it was a very specific color combination that was difficult to find, and there weren't any comparable vehicles available in the area. We decided to look at the only remaining vehicle with the same trim level, but it happened to be the showroom model—and its battery was dead. Several salespeople scrambled to find a charged jump box before we could even test drive it. Overall, the process felt chaotic and unorganized. I had shared that I preferred not to continue working with Christian, both because he appeared to be in the middle of another deal and because I was frustrated that our scheduled appointment wasn't honored. Adding to that, he didn't even remember helping us on Sunday, which reinforced my initial impression that he hadn't been fully engaged during our first visit. Thankfully, Payton Widup completely turned our experience around. She was professional, attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making things right. Throughout the entire process she consistently checked in on us, kept us informed, and never overpromised. Since we lost the original vehicle we wanted, we asked whether some additional options could be added to the replacement vehicle. Payton said she'd see what she could do, and she came back not only with the requested options but also with an additional discount on the purchase price. She truly went above and beyond, and because of her professionalism, the remainder of the buying experience became smooth and enjoyable. I'd also like to recognize Hassan Nasir, who was wonderful to work with, along with another gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. They were both friendly and helpful. My suggestion for the dealership would be to improve the vehicle key management process and ensure that showroom vehicles have fully charged batteries and are ready for customers to test drive. Those are avoidable issues that can significantly impact the customer experience. Despite the rocky start, we're very happy with our new vehicle, and that's largely because of Payton's outstanding customer service. She is an incredible asset to your dealership and someone I would absolutely recommend to future buyers. More
