As always, my experience at Rairdon's Honda if Sumner was excellent. My Service Advisor, Adam Aride, did an excellent job of getting me checked in for my routine maintenance appointment. Adam did help me with a question I had about a credit in my account and directed me to speak with Wendy Hagen after my service was completed. The service was completed within the time frame I had been quoted. In checking out, I was able to speak with Wendy Hagen and my question was answered. I am pleased to say that I had another great experience with Rairdon's. More

Eugene treated me like the most important client he ever had. I wanted to buy a used S2000 sight unseen and he made it happen, with appropriate verbiage to protect both our interests. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They gave me at least four different prices on the same vehicle, each time saying “we can’t go any lower” — only to suddenly drop the pri dealership. They gave me at least four different prices on the same vehicle, each time saying “we can’t go any lower” — only to suddenly drop the price again as soon as I left, or when I used a different name online. That alone made it hard to trust them. I also noticed an oil leak on the car and asked to see the vehicle health report, which they already had but never disclosed until I pushed. I paid for my own private inspection, which found about $1,000 worth of repairs. When I brought this to them, they refused to do anything about it. To make matters worse, the manager came out, was rude, and actually walked away while I was asking questions. If you don’t know what you’re doing, this dealership will take advantage of you. Be very careful before doing business here. More
