I just purchased 2022 Honda HRV with less than 18,000 miles. Less than 1 week after getting the car the battery was dead and had to purchase a new one. When they delivered the car there was no windshield miles. Less than 1 week after getting the car the battery was dead and had to purchase a new one. When they delivered the car there was no windshield wiper fluid. Now I’ve had the car about 2 weeks. Alert just came on that it needs A 16 service. I called Honda of Seattle. It’s a $400.00 service. When I called I was told they just check that the car battery will start the car, not how much life the battery has. Would never buy or send anyone to buy a car from them. Worst customer service EVER. This is a very close to new car. So upset after owning it less than 2.5 weeks have had to buy battery and pay for big service on a car I just purchased. More
