Bad customer service I have taken my car to your dealership before to get my oil changed , but I will Never go back! If I ever want to buy another car it won't be here! I have taken my car to your dealership before to get my oil changed , but I will Never go back! If I ever want to buy another car it won't be here! I own a 2015 Honda Accord i know it needs some maintenance but I cannot afford to have it done at this time . Before when I brought it in for a oil changed the have Always washed it but I was told they couldn't do it today . I waited over a hour and a half even though I was the 1st customer of the day and no one came and got me I finally went out and it was parked curbside. I had also asked about the tire gauge light and to check the tires and to turn that light off . I know the button to push as well . It never went off . I asked your rep about it and he said I don't know it maybe something diagnostic . He didn't even know what button to push to check the mileage I had to do it for him . Horrible customer service!!!? More

Lower your prices Just lower your service prices just a little. I didn’t know I needed as much work done as I did. Things happen. Excellent service Saturday there was alot of customers and the wait was around 2 hours, but I have always trusted service and Rairdons and they did a great job. Poor service Was advised regular service would take one hour it took 1 hours 40 mins no one came to advise me and service department could not find my key and had Was advised regular service would take one hour it took 1 hours 40 mins no one came to advise me and service department could not find my key and had to wait another 30 mins for them to find it and they didn't even bring the car to the front of the service I had to look for my car in the back. 45,000 mile service I brought my vehicle for service for 7,500 or 6 month service, but Rod Ridley explained it would better if I did the 45,000 sevice since my mileage wa I brought my vehicle for service for 7,500 or 6 month service, but Rod Ridley explained it would better if I did the 45,000 sevice since my mileage was at 43,000.
