The first 5 days of leasing the LEAF was nothing but grief; from inaccurate/obsolete C/S locations, to Non-existant,Paying 240V C/S. The interior display left a false impression of miles vs current battery capacity; drastically changing within a short driving distance. Example: 77 miles battery capacity (4 miles driving) drops to 56 miles, while driving ECO on a skeletal battery draw. Day 5 RT to Auburn. I requested a battery diagnostic, the MSN# and date of Lithium Battery. I am convinced the Lithium battery isn't keeping a proper charge. My request went on deaf ears. From 12:20pm - 6:30pm, I was plugged into dealership 110/120V C/S. They have no 240V C/S capacity on site. I left with 3/4 battery charge; just enough power to get back to WEST SEATTLE. Day 8, Nissan Auburn calls me to come in and sign incomplete lease paperwork. My response; "LEAF WILL NOT GET ME THERE AND BACK." (60miles RT). Day 14, RETURNED LEAF--TOO MANY INTERNAL PROBLEMS---from CORP level to LEAF car. Day 19---Purchased, (Not on Lease) a low budget 2012 Versa 1.8 S HB manual, internet price $12,507, to get out of LEAF. GENERAL MANAGER "Bait and Switched" base price to $18,353.00. NOT HONORING MILITARY SERVICE/Credit Score 740. OVERPRICED by $6,000. When confronted, he didn't adjust mistake, and told me to leave..(3 witnesses were present to this unprofessional ill-treatment and complete misrepresentation of low internet (NOW price). He didn't honer the price I agreed to pay. He strung me along until the very last signiture. I depended on the acuracy and validity (truth) when he was figuaring a monthly financial plan in accordance to his internet/NOW price. I had no cause to expect ill-treatment from the GM. Instead, he cooked the payment plan $264.00 monthly for 76months, after I shelled out $3000.00 downpayment from the low cost internet/NOW figure. NOWHERE DID IT STATE THERE WERE CONDITIONS TO THAT PRICE INTERNET/NOW price. One condition was military service; which I displayed my VA card, suddenly changed to "Active Duty Only"; dismissing my service time completely! An internal investigation is underway over this customer/Auburn dearlership (GM) maltreatment---3PM Jan. 30th, 2013. Sylvia Allen 206-914-2528 Beware future military personnel...this guy is not your BUDDY! You will not get an honest dealership price. Again, I am not making up the prices! It is for all to view but not EXPECT! More

I was very hesitant at first cause that's a long drive from my family just to "test" drive. We were looking for a subaru outback. He happend to have a 09 black with black leather with 33k mi on it! Todd was very reassuring to me that from the money part to trade in etc, he had us! I can I say when I heard this, I was like, "they all say that". lol. Todd, said to have faith in him. Thats exactly what I did. I've had to many run arounds with "stealerships". I can personally tell you that this WAS NOT THE CASE!! Todd from the beginning was very friendly very relatable to me! In this case to me felt like we were meant to meet! even though it was a car purchase, I feel I could call up Todd and have a good time! He's a very family oriented dood, its very important to him that he treats his customer like he would want to be. After searching online for what seemed like forever for not only the perfect Frontier, but the perfect price, I found Todd Fee at Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn. He not only found me the exact Frontier to meet not only the perfect Frontier, but the perfect price, I found Todd Fee at Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn. He not only found me the exact Frontier to meet my needs (I was very specific as to what I needed out of my truck), but he gave me up front, hassle free pricing, and when I got to the dealerhip, he got me in and out in a timely manner with no games, and no pressure. Thank you Todd, I'll refer you to anyone I know! More
We had just come from a competitor's dealership where we were bombarded with pressure from 4 different "needy" salespeople. But Todd really listened to what we needed from our new vehicle and gave us pros a were bombarded with pressure from 4 different "needy" salespeople. But Todd really listened to what we needed from our new vehicle and gave us pros and cons to each one we were interested in. When it came to test drive he handed us the keys and let us drive around without him even in the car. In the end we where ready to buy and we did not feel pressured to at all! More

Todd is the same person who sold my mother her car and seeing that my mother had nothing but nice things to say about Todd and this paticular dealership it was only right that I came here. Todd is surly no car sales man that truly loves his job and wants his customers to leave with nothing but satisfaction. I'm happy to say my car and I are one happy couple! More
This past Sunday I bought my sixth new vehicle: this has been my best car buying experience ever. I used the USAA Car service for a fair price target. I did not haggle for a great price. Chris and Robin been my best car buying experience ever. I used the USAA Car service for a fair price target. I did not haggle for a great price. Chris and Robin agreed to the price. Robert was efficient and pleasant. Less than 72 hours after buying the car, I've had to return it for a mechanical problem. Chris and Dean have been professional, polite, and supportive as we work through my concerns. I'm looking for forward to talking with Jay Miller, the GM. More
This review is strictly about my experience with Bob Bush, the finance manager. I had worked out a deal for the 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan SV for $15,xxx. I chose to finance through Nissan because of the $ Bush, the finance manager. I had worked out a deal for the 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan SV for $15,xxx. I chose to finance through Nissan because of the $1000 rebate which was a part of the deal in order to keep my monthly payment at the rate that I wanted. In addition to putting $4000 down, I traded in my 2000 Suzuki Esteem for $500, which went toward my down payment. A couple of days after my purchase, I received a call from Bob saying that NMAC (Nissan's financing company) didn't want to do my deal and that I would transferred to Wells Fargo and that EVERYTHING WOULD REMAIN THE SAME (my APR rate, my monthly payment total, etc.). I called Nissan back and spoke to Michelle, who also works in the financial department, and she confirmed that this was true. Not only a few days later, Bob calls me again and asks about my "schooling" because I had notated that my other income sources were scholarships and grants. Mind you, I have an excellent credit score (831) and I also work part-time. All of my income was notated and reviewed ON THE DAY OF THE SIGNING, and there was NO COMMENT OR CONCERN regarding these at the time of signing. I contact Bob regarding his strange inquiry and it turns out Nissan "doesn't like" my "unstable income" and that in order to do the deal I signed for, I would need to either find a co-signer or increase my monthly payment. In other words, Nissan wanted me to PAY MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED FOR BY OVER $1000. To reiterate, THIS IS NOT THE DEAL I SIGNED FOR. Almost a week after I signed the contract we agreed on, Nissan BACK-TRACKED on its words and demanded that I pay more than what was agreed upon or the deal would be void. Bob apologized about this 'inconvenience' and said he found another lienholder that offered a lower APR and that this would help with my new monthly payment total. Excuse me? You think that because you found another lienholder with a lower APR that I would allow you to back-track on your words, change the deal we agreed on, and pay you $1000+ extra?! And what guarantees I won’t receive yet another call about this apparent unstable deal and be forced to fork over more money? I'm returning their Versa tomorrow and am expecting to get my down payment and traded vehicle back. More
As Stadium Nissan was closed, I went to Nissan Auburn for my servicing and to check up my sensor light. I have extended warranty with Nissan. Couple of idiots at the servicing reception told me that, I am ou my servicing and to check up my sensor light. I have extended warranty with Nissan. Couple of idiots at the servicing reception told me that, I am out of warranty and it would not cover the sensor problem. And asked about $120 to test what was the problem (whereas Costco tested it for free. Took 1-2 minutes to test). Regarding service, they gave me a time on Sunday afternoon 3 pm. When I went there noone was there. I wasted my time for 2 days and wasted my money on fuel by driving there for 2 times (2 X 40 miles). Even their way of talking is not friendly. Where as the Nissan Eastside cleared all my problems (in fact my warranty covered the sensor problem) in a friendly manner. The Auburn Nissan dealer is wasting money by paying such stupid rude worthless inhumans. I would never go to Auburn Nissan dealer and never recommend anyone. More
