We have read your experience but however think you are misinformed on several items. Either that or we have the wrong information. If thats the case, please clarify with more specifics.

Please inform me on the several items that I'm misinformed on, I'd be more than happy to clarify them for you. Contract: we initially had a great contract, under great terms and service options which we choose, but seven days later we got called back by Myshel telling us to come back because the "dealership didn't make any money on the purchase." Seriously guys? If you didn't make any money the first time why did you sell us the vehicle originally? Under the first contract we had purchased gap, a full service contract and that window treatment stuff at a great price. Under the second contract you guys stripped those options away and spiked the price up on one service contract and extended the warranty, which is something we did not need nor want initially. Professionalism: My experiences working with Myshel are beyond horrendous. The level of professionalism expressed by her are zero to none. First of all by calling a contact back, secondly by threatening a customer with bad karma if they cancel the added contracts you guys applied to make a buck. The pressure tactics used by here are only those that you hear of horror stories from working with dealers. Are these clear enough for you?
