I made the appointment the week before and because the service included alignment the scheduler recommended Monday instrpead of Saturday because he said it was very busy on Saturday. I was there by 9 am know Ing it was going to be a couple hours. The service tech confirmed that and I went for a walk for about an hour. When I arrived back I was told it was going to take longer. I noted that the car was still parked from 9 am. He just said they were backed up. So now I was facing another 3 hr wait. I told them I was waiting without a ride. All I could do was rent a car which I did. So I had to incur a $35.00+ charge because it was impractical to wait. The service tech could have called in the morning telling me they were backed up and been given the option to show up later or something else. It was not his fault and he handled the best he could without emotion. He did apologize for the delay that was out of his control. More
Fantastic customer service from Aaron Torres, in the service department. I had been trying for weeks to get an oil change. So he had me come first in morning, got me in and out so I could meet my Hospi service department. I had been trying for weeks to get an oil change. So he had me come first in morning, got me in and out so I could meet my Hospice nurse, plus because of the ongoing problem, even showed more great service by giving a discount. I was impressed, bought my car there, and all my service has been done there! Again 100% to Rairdons Nissan of Auburn great job Aaron! More
