I was already pre-approved for a loan. I found almost exactly the car I wanted on their web site. Billy called and said that they were ready to do business. I told him the price I wanted out the door, he took a few minutes to check with his boss and then we were in business. There was no more haggling or trying to sell me things that I didn't want. A couple of hours later a drove home a beautiful Camry with everything I wanted for a very good price. I definitely Ralph Hayes Toyota and Billy Thomason. John K. More
