I spoke with Steve Rhodes at the Toyota dealership. He seems like a nice person, and interested in solving their MANY complaints and internal problems... HOWEVER a few days after I talked with him. this EVAN RAINWATER sent a letter full of lies back to the BBB in my area, about how HE tried to solve the problem(s) and I refused his offer ! ... ( THIS NEVER HAPPENED ). I encourage all readers to review MY story with the others here on this site, and determine for yourself if they all share a common trait ..... ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS ! I also encourage you to tell as many people as you can about this dealer, and these complaints, with the goal of putting them out of business.

Thanks, Steve. But it's just too little too late. There's nothing you can do to "make up" for what happened now. Rest assured that what I wrote was true. So, if you want to try to improve, simply take my comments (as well as those of other posters) seriously and make sure that Stanley Hill doesn't get away with pulling any more fast ones. That's all that I have to say. However, I wish you the best, and thank you for your comments.
