You are hesitant to contact a dealer to purchase We have nothing but good things to say about our experience at this dealership. It was a painless. You are hesitant to contact a dealer to purchase a car because you can be hounded to death. We called and told them what we wanted, it was not in stock, they ordered it and it arrived quickly. We didn't have to haggle, we didn't have to go in to make the deal. When it arrived, and we went to pick it up, they rolled out the red carpet. Everyone was so kind. We did a little a paperwork, and Stan gave us a short training class on how to use all the bells and whistles it came with, which was so helpful. I will always be a Ralph Hayes customer. It was worth the hours drive. The best price found anywhere. Jimmy and Stan were the best salesman we have ever dealt with. They were informative, helpful and made you feel at home. We LOVE these guys. Thank you for such a great experience, and we will certainly be back. More

Stan Hill at Ralph Hayes Toyota in Anderson, SC We have bought a few vehicles from this dealership and over the years we have worked with several great associates. By far my favorite was Stan Hill. We have bought a few vehicles from this dealership and over the years we have worked with several great associates. By far my favorite was Stan Hill. Stan will give you all the information that you need and will go out of his way to look up the answer to any question that you may have and him not already know the answer to. Stan has a laid back non-pushy approach and I really appreciate that coming from someone who is actually making a living off of selling me that vehicle. Stan is a nice guy who you can tell by the look in his eye that there is good inside of him, that at times is hard to find within a salesman. I highly recommend this dealership and especially this sales associate. We also appreciate the willingness to take calls and return calls late into the evening from the management team member John Agostino. He is a man of his word, and that is appreciated. More

He explained the pricing, gave us trade in value and went over the options on the car we priced. He was extremely helpful and placed the order for the model we wanted which was still in factory. The car arrived exactly when he predicted. When we picked it up, Geni Edwards was the person who met us and walked us through the car's features. She was extremely knowledgeable and we felt like we understood the most important features well when she finished. She was very friendly and patient with us as we practiced using the features and setting up the electronics. This is our first purchase with Ralph Hayes and we haven't used the service dept. So far everything has been a '10'. More

Typical unethical dealership In short, I was shown a blue book value which I later, after the sale, determined to be a misrepresentation of the actual vehicle I purchased. Also, the check engine light was on at the time of purchase, so we agreed they would resolve the issue. I brought the truck back to the dealership a couple days later to have the repairs taken care of. I dropped the truck off, and didn't see it again for a month, no exaggeration. Just recently, I brought a different vehicle in to have a recall resolved. In the process of fixing the recall, the service dept managed to severely scratch the car. When I brought the issue up, an employee named Scott tried to discredit my claim. You can tell he's a crook after talking with him for 5 seconds. Luckily, there was an honest man there who admitted responsibility, and the scratch was repaired. It's one thing after another with this place More
