No Hastle, No pressure, No problem I really appreciate a salesperson that allows me the time to look at a vehicle at my pace and ask my questions. Too many times I have driven away from a pushy salesperson just because they were too aggressive in their questioning and sales tactics. Too many questions, too fast, too pushy. I had an experience with other Toyota dealerships. Spartanburg-pleasant but pushy. Greer-herded in like cattle. Greenville-Apparently they don't need to sell cars. Stuck up and arrogant. Easley-Had two Tundras to choose from. At Ralph Hayes, I felt like I could (and did) look at their inventory at my leisure without someone hovering over me. They had many to choose from. I was able to make my selection, then inquire when I was ready. Jake Barnes was very helpful and proficient in his knowledge of the Toyota Tundra. The sales team treated me like a customer and not a paycheck. Shout out to Monty also for his assistance. Everyone I met here were very friendly and professional. I also had the Simoniz treatment added to my new Tundra. My experience with the service department and Scott Osborn was pleasant as well. I must give the team at Ralph Hayes an A+ as this was good auto purchase experience. And you can't say that often these days! More

We met salesman Stan Hill who told us they did have a 2006 available. The price was right and Stan was very easy to work with and has a great personality. He was very familiar with the car and its options as he went through the car with us. He made us feel welcome and interested in us and our concerns. Regarding the car, it is in excellent condition inside and out ,with annual mileage for its age just around 9000 a year. Based on this car we feel that Ralph Hayes Toyota picks the used cars they sell with extreme care. We drove the car off the lot after obtaining our financing with the dealership. I would highly recommend Stan Hill and Ralph Hayes Toyota to my friends and would certainly go back to them for a future purchase. More
