My experience with Ralph Honda has been all positive, from first walking into the showroom including 2 service visits. My most recent visit was for my yearly check, oil change, and inspection. The waiting room had plenty of room to social distance, all of the staff were wearing their masks, and the complimentary car wash was definitely a plus. They even pulled my car out front for me with the air conditioning on.for my comfort. I will recommend Ralph to anyone looking to purchase a car! More

I have been a customer of Ralph Honda since 1990. I have to admit every car I purchased I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Any dealer can accommodate me in the sales aspect, but what keeps me coming back to Ralph is the service department. They have been great. Their prices are in line with the going rates, and they are up front with any issues they find. Even in these Covid19 times they made me feel comfortable. More

They cleaned the venting, replaced the fan motor, then sanitized the ducts. took me in in a moments notices to rid my truck of the mice. They found 3 live babies and the young lady mechanic took the babies and is going to rehab them. This was the coolest thing!! More
Dishonest service I've used Ralph Honda for service for 5 years, and have had issues with their service department prior for dishonesty, but now I'm done. Took my car I've used Ralph Honda for service for 5 years, and have had issues with their service department prior for dishonesty, but now I'm done. Took my car in today for NYS inspection and was told my rear brakes and rotors, which were replaced by them in November (7 months ago), were completely rusted through and would not pass inspection. I stated that was impossible and if there was any kind of issue, it must be under warranty. They said they would check into it and call me back. On the call back, I was told they would cover the brake pad cost, but not the rotors because Honda will not warranty rotors due to NY winters, salt and rust. I would have to pay for the rotors, but (and I quote) "hey, the inspection is free because the charges are over $99". They also blamed the Covid pandemic and fewer miles on my car in the past 7 months (it seemed well rehearsed). First of all, they have no idea how often I drive... so I'm calling a scam on this one. My partner owns a metal shop and metal does not rust that fast regardless of the conditions they are put through. Unfortunately, I needed this to pass inspection otherwise I would have denied the service and picked up my car. I plan to trade in my Honda for a new one this year, but I will not use Ralph Honda for that sale or any future vehicle maintenance. I will drive further and use a more reputable Honda dealer. More
