Competent and Thorough We have received service from Ralph for most of the last 12 years. All staff are friendly. Service is done in a timely manner. They keep good recor We have received service from Ralph for most of the last 12 years. All staff are friendly. Service is done in a timely manner. They keep good records of what has been done previously and what they recommend to service in the future based on car wear or mileage. In the latest appointment for an oil change, a lower control arm bushing was found to be slightly cracked, so it would be monitored for increased wear and need for replacement. The waiting facilities are clean and roomy. My only complaint is that in the past they have sometimes recommend services earlier than Honda recommends in their manual. Honda allows them to do that. Otherwise, we are very happy customers. More

Arrived early for my 1:15 appointment and the service advisor I was assigned was busy and I had to wait for another person to check me in. Waited in the dealership for two and one half hours and no one came to update me. At that time I came to the service desk and see my car in the lat and it was complete and the assigned service advisor was not at his desk. I waited for him to return but the paperwork was not complete and I took my keys and left. The service was to be mailed to me and I'm still waiting after two weeks and don't know what service was done or received a call to explain what was done to correct the problem. I am hesitant to ever return for service. In the past I have used Dick Ide and was pleased for their work. Ted Swanson More

Didn't listen -seemed like rip-off artists I went in because of a critical airbag recall, and while I was there I decided to have them do my inspection AND asked them to look at possibly fixing I went in because of a critical airbag recall, and while I was there I decided to have them do my inspection AND asked them to look at possibly fixing a hole in the inlet to my radiator. I pointed out the hole location, which I had already found when trying to recharge my AC system, and specifically asked them to see if they could fix it without replacing the whole AC unit. I was quoted $1600 total, and told that there were all sorts of other things wrong (which my normal garage had never noticed?!?). I declined having that work done and instead wanted to only pay what I had to for the inspection, and an oil change. It was STILL over 200 bucks... I looked at the charges and they charged me for an AC diagnostic ($115 I think) and said I needed new windshield wipers because they were "streaky"...It had rained the day before - I saw no streaks. I tried to get the diagnostic charge removed since I had specifically pointed out where the leak was and had asked if they could repair that specific hole. They refused. Not the first time I've felt like they were trying to take advantage of me there. I'll deal with my AC not working for now and will have my normal garage fix it. Then when I left, I noticed a NEW noise...hooray! Then I got home, and notice they didn't reset my oil life indicator. I called and they tried to have me return to have them do it. (Yeah right- not going back...just drove a half hour home!) Oh yeah, and I had to spend about an hour there on both visits... once at drop-off and once at pick-up. I for one won't be going back to Ralph. More

When I asked Steve replied that they only wash newer vehicles. I do not doubt that Steve has a good performance in the company but that day he did not have a positive attitude to assist me. More
