Linda is awesome!! I like when I schedule with Linda!! She is very personable! I went there for my oil change and she noticed my inspection was due in 3 weeks. Didn't listen -seemed like rip-off artists I went in because of a critical airbag recall, and while I was there I decided to have them do my inspection AND asked them to look at possibly fixing I went in because of a critical airbag recall, and while I was there I decided to have them do my inspection AND asked them to look at possibly fixing a hole in the inlet to my radiator. I pointed out the hole location, which I had already found when trying to recharge my AC system, and specifically asked them to see if they could fix it without replacing the whole AC unit. I was quoted $1600 total, and told that there were all sorts of other things wrong (which my normal garage had never noticed?!?). I declined having that work done and instead wanted to only pay what I had to for the inspection, and an oil change. It was STILL over 200 bucks... I looked at the charges and they charged me for an AC diagnostic ($115 I think) and said I needed new windshield wipers because they were "streaky"...It had rained the day before - I saw no streaks. I tried to get the diagnostic charge removed since I had specifically pointed out where the leak was and had asked if they could repair that specific hole. They refused. Not the first time I've felt like they were trying to take advantage of me there. I'll deal with my AC not working for now and will have my normal garage fix it. Then when I left, I noticed a NEW noise...hooray! Then I got home, and notice they didn't reset my oil life indicator. I called and they tried to have me return to have them do it. (Yeah right- not going back...just drove a half hour home!) Oh yeah, and I had to spend about an hour there on both visits... once at drop-off and once at pick-up. I for one won't be going back to Ralph. More

When I asked Steve replied that they only wash newer vehicles. I do not doubt that Steve has a good performance in the company but that day he did not have a positive attitude to assist me. More

Regular 45k maintenance & State inspection I have been a first time owner of a Honda Odyssey for a year now. Bought our Certified Used Odyssey one year ago. LOVE it! Elvis was our salesperson & I have been a first time owner of a Honda Odyssey for a year now. Bought our Certified Used Odyssey one year ago. LOVE it! Elvis was our salesperson & he was wonderful to deal with. The service appointments have been easy to schedule & on time always. Steve is always kind & attentive to my questions/concerns. The waiting area is accommodating. Once, there was a miscommunication between myself & Elvis while our Odyssey was having an installation done & he/they took care of that & also delivered my vehicle right to me bc I was not able to get there. I figured they’d send the shuttle but no, they brought my Van to me! EVERYONE is polite to deal with. Thank you Ralph Honda!! KateW More
