We were traveling from Pensacola to Houston. Fuel module on my truck malfunctioned causing the truck to stop running. Towed to dealership. Our service manager was excellent! My daughter was not going to be able to get her car fixed from the other Chevy dealer for 6 days and no loaner. So we called Ralph Sellers, had It towed there from the other dealer. Ralph Sellers said bring from the other Chevy dealer for 6 days and no loaner. So we called Ralph Sellers, had It towed there from the other dealer. Ralph Sellers said bring it over and we can look at it today. The next day it was fixed. That was so great because she had to work. And the guy Ryan who did the work and handled everything to do with fixing the car was phenomenal. Very very satisfied. More

Arrived on a Thursday at the service dept at 4pm with broken down Tahoe, the advisors Jessica and Ryan did their best to get us fixed & outta there within the hour. Due to part not being there, car staye broken down Tahoe, the advisors Jessica and Ryan did their best to get us fixed & outta there within the hour. Due to part not being there, car stayed but was ready next day. I called one of our local Chevy dealer and not only would it have been another couple days before they could’ve gotten to my car, it was roughly $200 more: so thank you Ralph sellers for the prompt repair at a fair price..
