I told them I wasn't staying I needed to shuttle home and then the guy tells me that if I stay he can have me out in an hour because they don't have anybody there. So I asked was he sure and he said yes so I then the guy tells me that if I stay he can have me out in an hour because they don't have anybody there. It took 2.5 hours and they didn't give me the offer I showed them but I ended up paying around that price (89) after she took tire rotation off for me waiting so long. I felt like it should have been at least half off but whatever. So I pay and go outside I don't see my SUV. I'm like ok where is the truck at. The guy comes outside and press the button its park down the aisle. They could have at least pulled it to the front and not have me looking for it. But then I get in the vehicle and my mats are flipped over More

Money hungry. Price gouging. Blaming warranty company. Charged me for a diagnostic when I'm the one who told them what was wrong and my vehicle had been in there p Price gouging. Blaming warranty company. Charged me for a diagnostic when I'm the one who told them what was wrong and my vehicle had been in there previously for the same issue. Called around to several places and a few of them i got quoted a third of the price that they wanted to charge me. Also it seems as if they left my back window cracked for whatever reason. My carpet and back seat were soaking wet and had a mildew smell that had to be thoroughly shampooed. Will never bring any of my vehicles there again. More
