I scheduled an appointment online. I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I informed the service member that I would be waiting while my vehicle was service I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I informed the service member that I would be waiting while my vehicle was serviced. I brought my vehicle in to have the rear AC looked at, as it is not cooling properly. I let the service member know that I would not be in the waiting area. She confirmed my phone number and stated she would contact me when my vehicle was diagnosed. I told them that I understood that due to my appointment being late in the day (2pm) that repairs might not done. I stated that I was fine with it being diagnosed and I would schedule an appointment, at a later date, for repairs. At 6pm I received a phone call stating I could come get my car and that it had not been seen. When I got back to the desk, I was informed that they were short staffed that day due to people calling in sick that morning. When asked why I was not called to cancel, I was informed that due to me scheduling my appointment online, my information was not in the system. I purchased my vehicle from this location. They had my number in the system already when I told them I was not going to be waiting in the service department waiting room. I was offered no other explanation other than "you scheduled it online". No other resolution was offered than for me to schedule another appointment. Horrible experience. More

Came in to get parking sensor semiconductor. Was on backorder from manufacturer and took 1 year for parts to become available. My service writer called, ordered parts scheduled repair to be com Was on backorder from manufacturer and took 1 year for parts to become available. My service writer called, ordered parts scheduled repair to be completed and called me the instant my vehicle was ready for delivery.. I picked my truck up and it was washed clean and finally I had my sensors!! Great job for all the follow up and attention to detail…. Especially all the calls keeping me posted.
