Contract signed and told I could pick up my truck in 2 days. Turns out the dealership isn't even in possession of the truck as it is a fresh trade in. The don't have the truck, or the title for that matte days. Turns out the dealership isn't even in possession of the truck as it is a fresh trade in. The don't have the truck, or the title for that matter and legally have no rights to sell the truck at this point. They now tell me that the won't have the truck for a week and that it's halfway across the state. I told them the contract is void at this point but they still are trying to hold me to it. I've had a good relationship with this dealership in the past but not after this. They legally can't hold me to a contract on a vehicle they had no legal grounds to sell in the first place. I'm also contacting the FTC and the state attorney general. More

Did not send payoff for trade in for over 5 weeks. Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Also received a damaged brand new vehicle from them that they are not taking ownership for. My sales person had greasey, soiled clothes on. Smelled of BO and breath was AWFUL. Very unprofessional all the way around. Will be seeking legal counsel for the damaged vehicle and the hit on my credit. Lemon law DOES apply here since it is BRAND NEW. More
