service on a recalled vehicle i had a 9am appointment for an brake repair a recall on my truck. I arrived at the shop at 8:30 am. I was told that this would take approximately 1 1 i had a 9am appointment for an brake repair a recall on my truck. I arrived at the shop at 8:30 am. I was told that this would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. When I returned at 11:30 I asked if the truck was ready. I was told that it was being worked on at that time. I could clearly see that it was not. I waited and asked about the truck at 1:20pm. I was told then that the truck was being worked on again. Could clearly see that it was not moved again. I told them not to touch it to bring the truck outside. They put the truck on the lift and pulled the back left tire off. I told them that I had to get my grandson at 3 pm. I received the truck at 2:15pm. Luckily a family member was close to get my grandson. Thank you for your time. More
