Friendly, Experienced, Expedient, and are Honest. If you are going in for Routine Service they are Expedient at getting you in and out with little Fuss. The Service center Lounge could use a little up If you are going in for Routine Service they are Expedient at getting you in and out with little Fuss. The Service center Lounge could use a little updating, but they have an endless supply of Coffee, and cold Bottled water. They have Free Internet Service available to keep up with your Business or entertainment to pass your time while waiting. The Service Staff is Always Good natured, Jovial and Friendly. It makes a sometimes Bad Situation Bearable. When they do an inspection on your car you don't have to be worried about being Scammed or Gouged by unnecessary work. They always make the Situation as Pleasant as possible. I Highly Recommend them. More

Transmission replace on road trip They took 5 days to get a replacement transmission for my 2002 f 150 .I rented a f150 from across the street $85 plus a day. Had they been kind eno They took 5 days to get a replacement transmission for my 2002 f 150 .I rented a f150 from across the street $85 plus a day. Had they been kind enough to tell me how long a replacement would have taken .I would have driven to Atlanta to pick -up myself and deliver to dealer.Next day delivery from Atl . would have been less than a week in motel . Was at this dealerearly 2000`s before Ramey took over and they had me out next morning . No contact ,I had to drive over to check on truck each day. Also filler tube came unseated early after repair , now I have another new transmission !! More
